Maryland Route 413 is a state highway in Somerset County, Maryland. The route runs from U.S. Route 13 in Westover south to the town of Crisfield, which is located on the Tangier Sound. Maryland Route 413 is known as Crisfield Highway outside of Crisfield and West Main Street, Maryland Avenue, and Richardson Avenue in south to north order within Crisfield. Just north of Crisfield, Maryland Route 413 runs close to Maryland Route 667, which zigzags around Maryland Route 413 before turning east for the Pocomoke City area.
