Maryland Route 39 begins at the Maryland - West Virginia border near Corinth, West Virginia in Garrett County, as Hutton-Oakland Road. Upon entering Oakland the name changes to Oak Street. It's eastern terminus is US 219. The route is approximately 6.2 miles long.
