Maryland Route 388 is a state highway in Somerset County, Maryland. The route is the designation for a part of Post Office Road from Maryland Route 675 in Princess Anne east to the end of state maintenance about three miles east of Princess Anne. Post Office Road continues east as an unnumbered road, and it eventually leads to the Pocomoke State Forest.
