Maryland Route 380 is a state highway in Somerset County, Maryland. Also known as Byrdtown Road, the route connects Crisfield to Lawsonia, a town on the Pocomoke Sound. Maryland Route 380 starts from Crisfield as an east-west road, however it changes to a north-south road and runs south to Lawsonia. It does not directly connect to any other numbered routes, however access to Maryland Route 413 and Maryland Route 667 is given by unnumbered streets in Crisfield.
