Maryland Route 378 is an unsigned state highway in the beach resort of Ocean City in Worcester County, Maryland. It is the secret designation for Baltimore Avenue, which runs from the Ocean City Inlet north to 32nd Street. Baltimore Avenue is a major thorofare in Ocean City, with many businesses and hotels. The road also forms the northbound lanes of signed Maryland Route 528, which runs southbound on Philadelphia Avenue.
