Maryland Route 376 is a state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. Also known as Assateague Road, the route runs from Maryland Route 818 in Berlin east to Maryland Route 611 near Sinepuxent. Maryland Route 376 serves to connect U.S. Route 113 with the Assateague Island National Seashore by way of Maryland Route 611 from the eastern terminus of MD 376 to the bridge to Assateague Island.
