Maryland Route 368 is a short, unsigned state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. The route is an unsigned designation for a part of Saint Martins Neck Road branching off from Maryland Route 367 in Bishopville. Saint Martins Neck Road continues as an unnumbered road to an intersection with Maryland Route 90 on the Isle of Wight, an island that is located between the Saint Martin River and the Assawoman Bay, just north of where they both flow into the Isle of Wight Bay.
