Maryland Route 364 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. Also known as Dividing Creek Road, the route runs from U.S. Route 13 in Somerset County, north of Pocomoke City, northeast to the end of state maintenance in the Pocomoke State Forest in Worcester County. Maryland Route 364 runs a short distance to the north of the Pocomoke River.
