Maryland Route 361 is a state highway in Somerset County, Maryland. Also known as Fairmount Road, the route runs from Maryland Route 413 in Westover west to the end of state maintenance east of the settlement of Fairmount. Fairmount Road continues west as an unnumbered road to a dead end in Rumbley, a settlement on the Manokin River.
