Maryland Route 35 is a north/south route located in the U.S. state of Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 36 in Corriganville in northern Allegany County north to the Pennsylvania state line at Ellerslie, Allegany County, where it continues as Pennsylvania Route 96. Maryland Route 35 serves primarily as a connector route between Maryland Route 36 in northern Allegany County and Pennsylvania Route 96 in southern Bedford County, Pennsylvania

Maryland Route 35 begins at Maryland Route 36 in Corriganville[1]. A short distance from this intersection, Route 35 meets Kriegbaum Road (MD 831C), an old alignment of Maryland Route 36. From Corriganville, Route 35 proceeds northward, paralleling the tracks of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad north of Cumberland. Route 35 passes through Ellerslie and crosses the Mason-Dixon Line into Pennsylvania in Ellerslie.
