Maryland Route 354 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 12 in Indiantown, Worcester County north to U.S. Route 50 in Willards, Wicomico County. Maryland Route 354 is known as Whiton Road in Worcester County and Powellville Road in Wicomico County. The route passes through Powellville where it intersects both Maryland Route 350 and Maryland Route 374 within a short distance of each other.
