Maryland Route 349 is a state highway in Wicomico County, Maryland. Also known as Nanticoke Road, the route runs from U.S. Route 50 Business on the western edge of the city of Salisbury west to the end of state maintenance in Nanticoke, near where the Nanticoke River and the Wicomico River flow into Tangier Sound. Maryland Route 349 runs a short distance to the north of the Wicomico River throughout its route. (Nanticoke Road continues for approximately two more miles, terminating at the end of the peninsula.) Along the middle part of the route, a loop off of Maryland Route 349 known as Maryland Route 352 loops to the south and provides access to the Whitehaven Ferry, which crosses the Wicomico River.

MD 349 was formerly named Quantico Road, but was changed with new additions.
