Maryland Route 343 is a state highway in Dorchester County, Maryland. The route runs from U.S. Route 50 in Cambridge west to the end of state maintenance in Hudson. It passes through the heart of Cambridge on Washington Street. Maryland Route 343 then continues west from Cambridge along Hudson Road along Hudson Neck to its western end in Hudson.
