Maryland Route 335 is a state highway in Dorchester County, Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 16 in Church Creek south to the end of state maintenance in Honga. The route passes through the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge between Church Creek and Crossroads, where it intersects Maryland Route 336. South of there, Maryland Route 335 bends west and then turns south and follows the shore of the Chesapeake Bay toward Hoopers Island.
