Maryland Route 333 is a state highway in Talbot County, Maryland. It connects the towns of Oxford and Easton. The route heads south on Morris Street from the Tred Avon River in Oxford, where the dock of the seasonal Oxford-Bellevue Ferry that connects Oxford to Bellevue and St. Michaels is located. Maryland Route 333 then turns east and leaves Oxford heading east on Oxford Road. It becomes Peachblossom Road when it reaches Easton. In Easton, Maryland Route 333 crosses Maryland Route 322 and ends at Washington Street.
