Maryland Route 330 is a state highway in Kent County, Maryland. Also known as Maryland Line Road, the route runs from an intersection with Maryland Routes 299 and 313 in Massey to the Delaware border, where it becomes unnumbered Longridge Road. Longridge Road continues into Delaware where it intersects Delaware Route 6 and becomes Delaware Route 42, which helps provides a connection between Kent County, Maryland and the Dover, Delaware area.
