Maryland Route 328 is a two-lane road running diagonally from northeast to southwest connecting Maryland Route 404 in Denton, Maryland with U.S. Route 50 in Easton, Maryland. The road passes over Tuckahoe Creek and by the birthplace of Frederick Douglass. In total, Route 328 is fifteen miles long.
