Maryland Route 311 is a rural two-lane road in northern Caroline County, Maryland. It runs from Maryland Route 313 in Goldsboro to Maryland Route 454 in Marydel. Just over ten miles long, it is part of a grouping of roads that lead to the Delaware line. Along the way, it passes through the town of Henderson.
