Maryland Route 309 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. It runs from U.S. Route 50 just north of Easton in Talbot County to Maryland Route 213 south of Centreville in Queen Anne's County. The route heads northeast from Easton on Cordova Road, following the abandoned Chesapeake Railroad right-of-way. Near Cordova, Maryland Route 309 intersects Maryland Route 303. It continues north to Queen Anne, where it intersects Maryland Route 404. Maryland Route 309 then heads northwest on Starr Road to Maryland Route 213.
