Maryland Route 304 is a 15-mile long rural road that runs from Maryland Route 312 in northwestern Caroline County to the end of state maintenance along Corsica Neck Road west of Centreville in Queen Anne's County, Maryland in the United States. The route intersects U.S. Route 301 east of Centreville and it shares a brief concurrency with Maryland Route 213 in Centreville, in which Maryland Route 304 is not signed and is marked with 'to' markers. Many brick plantations still stand along the route, reminding travelers and local residents of the past history of the area.
