Maryland Route 303 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland, It runs from Maryland Route 309 in Cordova in Talbot County to Maryland Route 404 in the town of Queen Anne in Queen Anne's County. The route heads east from Maryland Route 309 on Tappers Corner Road. In Tappers Corner, the route turns north on Lewistown Road and heads toward Queen Anne. In Queen Anne, it intersects the former aligment of Maryland Route 404, known as Maryland Route 404 Alternate. It then heads north where it intersects Maryland Route 309 a second time and then the current alignment of Maryland Route 404.
