Maryland Route 277 is a state highway that connects Elk Mills in Cecil County, Maryland eastwards towards the Delaware state line.

Maryland 277 begins as Fletchwood Road, splitting from Maryland 279 just inside the Delaware line. It continues westward to the community of Elk Mills, taking on the name Elk Mills Road. State maintenance ends in Elk Mills, but the road continues on to meet Maryland 213 at the Lanzi Roundabout.
