Maryland Route 20 is a state highway in Kent County, Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 445 in Rock Hall north to Maryland Route 291 in Chestertown. It heads northeast from the town of Rock Hall, which is located on the Chesapeake Bay, on Rock Hall Road. Maryland Route 20 follows Rock Hall Road up to the intersection with Maryland Route 298 in Fairlee, where it turns east onto Chestertown Road. It then follows Chestertown Road east to Maryland Route 291 in the western part of Chestertown.
