Maryland Route 185 is a state highway in Montgomery County, Maryland, United States, and is the segment of Connecticut Avenue from the District of Columbia border at Chevy Chase Circle to Georgia Avenue (Maryland Route 97) near Aspen Hill. (Connecticut Avenue continues north for a short distance to Bel Pre Road.) The portion south of the intersection with University Boulevard Kensington was previously known as Maryland Route 193; this route number is currently in use for University Boulevard. In addition, the part south of East-West Highway (Maryland Route 410) used to be designated U.S. Route 240 Alternate.

The ramps at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Veirs Mill Road (Maryland Route 586) are designated (but not signed) as Maryland Routes 185A-185D. The portion of Chevy Chase Circle in Maryland is designated (but not signed) as Maryland Route 185E.
