Air Chief Commandant Dame Ruth Mary Eldridge Welsh DBE (2 August 1896–25 June 1986), known as Mary Welsh, née Ruth Mary Eldridge Dalzell, was the second Director of the British Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF), from October 1943 to November 1946.
