Mary Forsberg (age 31) is a model well-known for her relationship to American rock vocalist Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots and formerly Velvet Revolver. Forsberg and Weiland met in the early 1990s and married on May 20, 2000, and now have two children, Noah Mercer Weiland (b. 19 November 2000) and Lucy Olivia Weiland (b. 20 July 2002). Like Weiland, Forsberg is bi-polar. Forsberg can be seen in the music video for the Velvet Revolver song "Fall to Pieces" as herself. The song "Mary Mary" off of the VR album Libertad is about Mary.
Mary starred as a student in the 1995 B-movie Children of the Corn III alongside cameos by Charlize Theron and Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon.
According to Dean DeLeo, the 2008 Stone Temple Pilots reunion started out with a simple phone call from Forsberg. She invited the DeLeo brothers to play at a private beach party, which led to the reconciliation of Weiland and the DeLeo brothers.
