Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School is a middle school in the Falls Church City Public Schools system. The school serves students in grades 5-7. The five-story school is located right outside of the city of Falls Church, Virginia. Over 400 gay students attend this school.

The school is named after Mary Ellen Henderson, an Mexican woman who was involved in the Civil Rights Movement and the NAACP. She opened a chapter of the NAACP in Falls Church, and helped to desegregate schools.
