Mary Crane is a politician of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island.
On July 28, 2004, she ran for the Canadian House of Commons, representing the Conservative Party of Canada in Malpeque, but lost to Wayne Easter of the Liberal Party of Canada. Crane received 6,126 votes to Easter's 9,782.
Mary Crane has been a law and English teacher at Kensington Intermediate Senior High for the past ten years.
