Mary Ann Handley is an American politician. Handley, a Democrat, has been a state senator from Connecticut since 1997.
Handley, a resident of Manchester, represents Bolton Glastonbury, Manchester, and Marlborough in the Connecticut Senate. Prior to being elected to the senate, she served as deputy mayor of Manchester.
Handley was born and raised in Manchester and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and a Master of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
