Marxist Party of Armenia (in Armenian: Hayastani Marksistakan Kusaktsutiun) was a political party in Armenia. At the last elections, 25 May 2003, the party formed part of the Free and Fair Armenia electoral bloc together with the Union of Communists of Armenia. The bloc was denied registration on the ground that neither of the two parties had submitted proper registration. The Marxist Party of Armenia had registered in 1997, but failed to get re-register by January 1, 2001. [1] [2]

On July 7 the same year the party merged into the United Communist Party of Armenia.
