Marvin Philip (born February 3, 1982 in Redwood City, California) is an American football center for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at California.

He played high school football at Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, California.

He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley. Despite the fact that he was an offensive lineman he got the offensive MVP for Berkeley in his senior year, which is rare for anyone on the line. He was also an All-American in 2004 & 2005.
