Marvin "Snoop" Minnis (born February 6, 1977 in Miami, Florida) is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for two seasons for the Kansas City Chiefs. Marvin Minnis is nicknamed Snoop after the Peanuts character Snoopy and rapper Snoop Dogg. He led Florida State in receptions during the 2000 season and was a finalist for the biletnikoff award but is perhaps most famous for being declared academically ineligible right before FSU was scheduled to play Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl for the BCS National Championship Game.
