Martingrove Collegiate Institute (MCI) is a non-semestered public secondary school located at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Martin Grove Road in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is overseen by the Toronto District School Board. The school is home to the gifted program in Etobicoke. The school opened its doors on May 27, 1966, and the school's architecture is typical of many institutional buildings of the period; specifically, a distinct lack of windows. The school celebrated its 40th anniversary in June 2006.

School days at Martingrove C.I. are run using a Four day cycle, with four periods per day. Students take eight classes, with the first four classes on Day One and the other four on Day Two. Days Three and Four have the same classes as Days One and Two, respectively, but the classes for Periods Three and Four switch position.

Martingrove's school colours are brown, white and orange and its mascot is a bear. The school's motto is Lumen in vobis est (The Light is Within You). Martingrove is home to the Martingrove Model United Nations, an annual Model UN event that attracts over 200 delegates. Martingrove is the home of the student-run newsmagazine The Martingrove Beacon, which, since its creation in 2002, has won 15 Toronto Star High School Newspaper awards. Martingrove has also been noted for its unique biotechnology program.
