Martindale is a residential neighbourhood in the north-east quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded to the north by 80 Avenue N, to the east by Falconridge Boulevard, to the south by 64 Avenue N and to the west by 44 Street E.

The area was annexed to the City of Calgary in 1961 and Martindale was established in 1983. It is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 3 Alderman Jim Stevenson.[3]

In 2006 the neighbourhood had a population of 8,513. Residents in this community had a median household income of $58,750 in 2000, and there were 13.8% low income residents living in the neighborhood.[1] As of 2000, 28.8% of the residents were immigrants. A proportion of 0.9% of the buildings were condominiums or apartments, and 6.8% of the housing was used for renting.[2]
