Martin Young (born 8 September 1988) is a Hartlepool United F.C. player born and raised in the town. He is a midfield player who achieved his first pro contract in the summer of 2006. He is currently breaking into the squad and looks set to make his debut in the very near future.
Martin attended Manor College of Technology in Hartlepool and was a keen sportsman. He also contributed to music life by playing "The Hood" in many of Mr Clive Warham's compositions.
