José Martin Menacho Aguilera (born August 7, 1973 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) is a Bolivian football striker who currently plays for Guabirá.
His former clubs are Destroyers, Blooming, Oriente Petrolero, Club Jorge Wilstermann, Real Potosí, Peruvian club Sport Ancash and Bolivar. In 2004 he finished as the topscorer in the Apertura tournament with 15 goals.
He has been capped for the Bolivian national team.
