Martin Kristjansen (born November 12, 1977) is a Danish lightweight boxer from Slagelse, Denmark.
Kristjansen was ranked 4th in the WBO Lightweight rankings when he fought the 3rd ranked British Lightweight Amir Khan on April 5, 2008 in a title eliminator. After an onslaught from Khan in the 7th round, the referee stopped the fight with the Dane unable to defend himself.
