Martin Allen Harrison (born September 20, 1967 in Livermore, California) is a former American football defensive end who played ten seasons in the National Football League for the San Francisco 49ers, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football for the University of Washington. Martin attended Newport High School (Bellevue) in Washington state and was a multiple letter winner in football and track and field. In 1983, at only 15 years old, he placed sixth in the national AAU junior olympics in the decathlon. Wife: Debbie Ann Monti. Martin and Debbie married in 1992. Debbie, an entrepreneur in the restaurant business, served as team caterer for the Super Bowl Champion San Francisco 49ers for both championship seasons, Super Bowls XXIII and XXIV. Her tenure with the San Francisco 49ers was from 1987-1993. In 1994 she went with her husband to Minnesota. From 1994-1996 Debbie excelled as the Minnesota Vikings Special Events Coordinator. She was in charge of Preseason, Pregame and Halftime Entertainment/Shows. The couple have one child.

- Co-Captain in 1989. Defensive Lineman Of The Year 1989. Senior year- received league honors behind Junior Seau and Carnell Lake, both first round NFL Draft picks.

1990-1999. Finished regular season twice with a 14-2 record (1990 and 1992). He had eight playoff game appearances and was chosen five times as Co-Captain. Finished with 21.5 career sacks.

Martin wore jersey number 56 with the Washington Huskies and the San Francisco 49ers. He wore number 91 with the Minnesota Vikings and the Seattle Seahawks. Martin's first career "start" (against the Detroit Lions) was Joe Montana's last start with the San Francisco 49ers in 1992. The quarterback Martin took down the most in his career was the Green Bay Packers' QB, Brett Favre. Including, two back to back sacks in one game where he recorded 2.5 total sacks. His most publicized sack came against the Dallas Cowboys' Troy Aikman in the NFC Championship game. It was the only sack of the game, on either side. He played alongside many notable players, including: Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, Steve Young, Charles Haley, Warren Moon, Randle McDaniel, Randy Moss, John Randle, Chris Carter, Randall Cunningham and Cortez Kennedy.
