[edit] Career
[edit] Past clubs
Martin Forkel started his career with his local side, Viktoria DJK Coburg. There he remained for eight years, the longest he's ever been at a club. In 1994, Forkel was sold to VfB Coburg, again, in his hometown. He was at VfB for considerably less time than he was at Viktoria for, just the one season in total. After that season, Martin Forkel joined TSV Vestenbergsgreuth where he played for a further season. Then he was signed by Greuther Furth where he spent three years. His most recent club before joining TuS Koblenz was SV Wacker Burghausen.
[edit] TuS Koblenz
Since August the 11th, 2006, Forkel has been at German Bundesliga 2 team, TuS Koblenz. In the last season, Forkel scored his only Bundesliga 2 goal and played seventeen matches, making that 111 Bundesliga 2 matches in total.
