Martin Crompton

Martin Crompton born in Ince-in-Makerfield, Wigan, England is a former rugby league player.

Crompton was an Ireland international and played at the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.

He played for Warrington in the late 1980s and moved to his hometown club Wigan. After a season with Wigan he went to Oldham Bears and was captain of the bears. When Oldham was relegated from Super League, Crompton went to Salford City Reds after a few season with salford he moved to Widnes Vikings and got them up to Super league he retired from Rugby league but was assistant coach at Widnes. Martin is now coaching Blackpool Panthers.
