Martijn Maaskant (born 27 July 1983 in Zuidland) is a Dutch professional road racing cyclist currently riding for Team Slipstream. Manager of the Slipstream-Chipotle Team Jonathan Vaughters was able to lure him to his team instead of great dutch UCI ProTour team Rabobank. He turned pro in 2008, and immediately showed good results in the classics Ronde van Vlaanderen (12th) and Paris-Roubaix (4th).
