Martha Hudson Pennyman (born March 21, 1939) is an American athlete, who mainly competed in the 100 metres. She was born in Eastman, Georgia.
She competed for the United States in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the gold medal with her teammates Lucinda Williams, Barbara Jones and Wilma Rudolph.
