Martha Dilys Buckley-Jones

Martha Dilys Buckley-Jones is a former Canadian diplomat. She was appointed Chargé d'Affaires a.i. to Guatemala then as High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago then concurrently to Zambia and Malawi.
