Martín Sebastián Rivas Fernández (born 17 February 1977 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan football player. He plays for Bella Vista.
He made his Serie A debut on 16 May 1998 against Empoli F.C..
He was in the squad of 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship and 1997 FIFA Confederations Cup.
He was out of the squad in 1999/00 season.
