Martín Mauricio Astudillo (born July 10, 1977 in Mendoza) is an Argentine football midfielder. He currently plays for CA Osasuna of the La Liga in Spain.

Astudillo started his career with Primera B Nacional outfit Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba of Mendoza Province in 1995. In 1997 he was signed by Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy of the Primera División Argentina and two years later he moved to CD Alavés, in Spain.

Astudillo remained loyal to the Basque squad throughout 8-and a half-seasons, playing in the first and second tiers, as Alavés were twice relegated. The most significant game of his career there was the 2001 UEFA Cup final against Liverpool F.C.; Alavés eventually lost the game 5-4 after extra time.

In January 2008, he rejoined the top flight, signing with CA Osasuna, who had lost another central midfielder, Javad Nekounam, severely injured in preseason.
