The Marquette Golden Eagles Basketball team is the basketball team that represent Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The school's team currently competes in the Big East Conference. The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament in 2008. The Golden Eagles were coached by Tom Crean until April 1, 2008. Buzz Williams was hired to replace him.
