Markus Rühl (born 22 February 1972 in Darmstadt, Germany) is a former IFBB professional bodybuilder. He possesses some of the biggest shoulders in bodybuilding history and is one of the strongest bodybuilders alive along with Johnnie O. Jackson and Ronnie Coleman. His most impressive lift is 5 reps. of Smith Machine shoulder presses with 600 pounds. No one has matched this since.
