Marko Elsner (born 11 April 1960 in Maribor, Slovenia, FPR Yugoslavia) is a retired Slovenian football player who play in defender role. He is the son of Branko Elsner, also a former footballer.
He played his first match for Slovenia, against Cyprus on 18 November, 1992. His last match was against Estonia, a friendly on 7 April, 1993.
