Mark Willis is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Keller Williams® Realty, Inc., an Austin, Texas-based, real estate franchise company with over 74,000 real estate agents, operating in more than 650 market centers (offices) across the United States and Canada. Willis was named chief executive officer (CEO) of Keller Williams Realty International in 2005. Since being named president of the company in 2002, Willis has spearheaded the associate growth of Keller Williams Realty, from 14,000 to more than 78,000 associates today.

[edit] History

Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty in 1991, Willis owned his own real estate company, Carriage House Realty, in the mid-1980s and served as a branch manager for Coldwell Banker.

As team leader of Keller Williams Realty’s Southwest market center in Austin, Texas, Willis quadrupled the market center's production over a five-year period, making it the number one real estate office in the Keller Williams system. In 1997, Willis became regional director for Central and South Texas and quickly expanded the region's presence in San Antonio and Houston, Texas, eventually building a 1,800-agent business in the process — earning him a place in REAL Trends’ Billionaire’s Club.
