Mark London Spicoluk (born 1979 in Edmonton, Alberta) founded and played bass for the band Closet Monster from 1997 until their final show on December 8, 2005. They recorded, released, and toured on five records via the label Spicoluk founded, Underground Operations, in dozens of countries worldwide:

- A Fight For What Is Right- 1999
- Where The fuck Is The Revolution- 2000
- Killed The Radio Star- 2002
- Rebuilt This City- 2004
During this period Spicoluk also had short stints playing for notable commercial acts Avril Lavigne and Sum 41. He appeared in the music videos for Avril's hit singles 'Sk8er Boi' and 'Complicated', as well as all Closet Monster's videos 'Mamma Anti Facisto', 'Punk Rock Ruined Our Lives', 'C.M.D.S', and has made cameo appearances in Protest The Hero's 'These Colors Don't Run', 'Heretics And Killers', Alexisonfire's 'Waterwings', and Hostage Life's 'This Song Was Written By A Committee'.
Being the founder of the indie punk rock label Underground Operations which has now branched into a complete music company that includes the label, an artist management company, and U.O.B.A (Underground Operations Booking Agency) which is headed up and was co-founded with Adam Kreeft. As well as Underground Operations, Spicoluk currently holds a position at Universal Music Canada as A&R representative.
